PASAJ is an artist initiative founded in December 2010 by a group of artists and art enthusiasts in Istanbul, Turkey. Its aim is to provide a space for exchange between Turkish artists and international artists. PASAJ promotes contemporary art in the context of socially engaged and relational art practices.
This workshop we will start with an exploration of the historic and social context of mask wearing and mask making. Participants will produce masks using natural found materials. They will use the masks to explore associations with disguise, confessions, conflicts within themselves or with their surroundings.

Places for the workshop are limited. Please book your place by emailing interfaceinagh@gmail.com
