Linda explores the natural environment and femininity. Her work displays a delicate fragility and luminescence. She draws inspiration from a lifetime of holidays in Connemara. Her art therapy background has a strong influence on the work and she explores psychological issues beneath the surface. She works a lot in ink and also in assorted media including natural materials. She uses a wide range of materials such as bones found on the beach. Some of her very small ink drawings recall the limits of art making during her travels in South America recently. Some of her work investigates the inner slut which is a recent theme for her.
