Kevin Griffin is a photographer based in Clifden. Photography has been in Griffin’s family for generations: his grandfather worked for years in the R.A.F as a reconnaissance photographer. It was his pictures that inspired him to buy his first camera when he was eighteen. Kevin has worked as a commercial photographer for 35 years. Long term personal projects include COW, Connemara 2016-ongoing, Garden 2020-2021, Waves Studies 1997-2003 and Kings Road 1984 and 2017. In 2014 he published the book “Omey Island Last Man Standing”.
