Mary is a visual artist and art educator from Galway, living in Clare. She is the recipient of the Arts Council Agility Award 2024 for her Brigid’s Well series of paintings which will culminate in a solo show in Portumna Castle OPW gallery in July 2025. She was awarded a number of arts grants and bursaries from Clare Arts Office and Kildare Arts Office. She was 2nd Prize winner in the Hunt Museum Studio Awards 2024 and was shortlisted for the 2025 Sir William Orpen Self Portrait Prize
