Genevieve King is a mixed media artist working from Co. Mayo.
She has studied at degree and masters level at the National College of Art and Design Ireland, obtaining honours qualifications in textiles specialising in experimental embroidery, and has been practicing art ever since. She has over 20 years experience teaching art at 2nd and 3rd level. Her work is in many private collections including the Mayo County Councils permanent collection. Her work deals with the landscapes of the west of Ireland .
